How Are Items Priced?
The products on the site are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include tax or shipping. Discounts, shipping and tax will be calculated in checkout.
How Do I Place An Order?
Orders can be placed online or by phone
By Phone: Add items that you’d like to purchase to your order list (make sure you have the SKU numbers!). When you’ve finished, call the shop, between 9am – 5pm, Monday through Friday, and place your order. Please be sure to have your mailing information ready!
Minimum Order
There is a minimum order of $35.
Payment and Shipping
Payment will include the price of the item(s), a flat shipping rate of $17.99 in Canada, $20 to the US and a shipping quote will be provided for international customers as well as taxes (if applicable).
Please Note all Canadian costumers are subject to taxes which will be calculated in checkout.

Return Policy
Our return policy is simple, if you are not satisfied in any way with a part that we sell, just send it back to us with (A) a copy of your invoice and (B) a letter explaining the problem with your order. We will do our best to satisfy you.
No returns after 30 days of invoice, no refunds on electrical items.
20% re-stocking fee for wrong part ordered.
NO REFUNDS-STORE CREDIT ONLY
